I LOVE TO EAT GOOD FOOD!
I've been a huge supporter of local organics, free range, non-gmo foods for a long time.
As a Fine Dining Chef, I was blessed with daily opportunities to try different vegetables, spices meats and grains. I got spoiled with good food. However, my pay wasn't enough to afford what my palette had now become accustomed to at work. I started in French fine dining at LA 'Berge in Portland, Oregon. Which is now the Historical Meriwether's. I returned 20 years later to work with this company as well.
As a Chef, learned food cost, budget, tricks of the trade and many things that simple make food preparation faster and less expensive.
I specialize in scratch French, Italian, Mexican, Thai/Lao and American Farm to Table Dining.
While working at Oregon State University I had extensive dietary education; gluten free, Halal, Allergens as well as four years of Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathologies in College. I understand food and the human body. Its my passion. I feel meal time should enjoyed and shared.

My fondest memories of my sons growing up were our family dinners. As they grew and moved out, we still had our Fun Day Sundays.
My son, Cooper, asking jokingly," Mom, can I please have some Red number 5 and yellow number 7. Or some gluten full GMO chocolate chip cookies. That really was the joke in our house because everything was made from scratch.
